The 4th annual SXSW Activity Streams meet-up is on Tuesday March 13th in Ballroom BC immediately after the 'Breaking Down Walls' panel ( http://schedule.sxsw.com/2012/events/event_IAP11746 )

The panel is scheduled to end at ~1:30PM, so the meet-up will start at that time.
