How would identify the name of the business at which an activity occurred?

The "head" schema spec identifies three places where you can add location metadata[0], at the entry level, the author level, and the object level.  When it's at the object level, we have a formal "place" object-type, so we have places to put additional metadata pertaining to a place. At the author level, I'm not sure that identifying a business name really makes sense, since the intention there is to identify the author's "primary location", quite possibly just at a city level.  But does it make sense to identify the business at which an activity occurred, or is that outside the scope of what we're trying to convey?  And where would you put the name of the business?  Poco has an "organization" element which has a name and address, and all that, but that's not really how it's meant to be used.  Do we have *yet another* entry level object, which is of type "place"?
