ActiveMerchant ACH Transactions with Authorize.net

I am trying to determine if I can do ACH transactions using ActiveMerchant with Authorize.net. The docs for the ActiveMerchant::Billing::Check class say:

"You may use Check in place of CreditCard with any gateway that supports it. Currently, only BraintreeGateway supports the Check object."

So, that pretty clearly states that you can't do ACH with AM and Authorize.net. Just wondering if this is truly the case. Or is it possible if I use Authorize.net's eCheck thing?

I believe the AuthorizeNetCimGateway supports echecks in ActiveMerchant, but as far as I can tell the regular AuthorizeNetGateway does not.

If you decide to implement that functionality, I'd be happy to review a Pull Request that brings it into AM proper.

I forked the repo, made the code changes, added unit and remote tests, and tested. I created a pull request just now for you to review. 

This is actually my very first github pull request so please be gentle with me :).

Kevin, Check support for Authorize.Net has been merged, and we're using it at Spreedly (https://core.spreedly.com/manual/payment-methods/adding-with-redirect#adding-bank-accounts, https://core.spreedly.com/manual/payment-gateways/authorize-net).

We're interested in moving over to Authorize.Net if it supports Credit cards and e-checks for our website.

I looked at Speedly, and it seems a bit overkill for what we need right now.

Not sure what your question is Mark; as I stated ActiveMerchant now supports Authorize.Net eChecks.
