Authorize.net always in TESTMODE

I have turned on live mode via the merchant control panel. I have
verified that the live url is being used in AM. I do not see any test
parameter being passed. Any ideas on why it would stay in TESTMODE?

Have you logged in to your Authorize.net merchant interface?
https://account.authorize.net/
Production accounts are set to Test mode on even production accounts
until you turn it off via that URL.

Turns out the API key was changed and I was hitting a different
account that was still in test mode. :)
