Need Help Setting Up/Building/Installing Aptana.Tv example

Hello, I'm using Jaxer because I think it's innovative and the
farthest along of the server side javascript frameworks. I wanted to
use ActiveJS but can't figure out how to get it running. I got the
Aptana.TV example from here http://github.com/aptana/aptana-tv and
wanted to study it, but I can't figure out what to do with it. Has
anyone had any luck with this?

I know the google groups are a little dead, but with the Jaxer forums
being locked I don't know where else to turn.
