Chad Fowler's talking about doing a Project Code Drive before
Railsconf: http://www.chadfowler.com/2008/2/2/railsconf-community-project-code-drive.
If anyone's gonna be there, I suggested ActiveDocument to the list:

Regardless if enough people are interested, I _will_ be in portland at
that time, ready to hack.
