I created an ActiveDocument google code project the other day with
much the same idea as everyone else here has been having. I found
this group today.

What's the best venue for shared code hosting? Rick seems to have the
most mature codebase. What about a Lighthouse project? Rick?
Otherwise, rubyforge? Google Code?

Anyways ... should Google Code be the solution, I'm happy to invite in
as many administrators/members as makes sense.

Got some great community spirit here already!

Actually, does anyone have a github.com invite? We could host there...

I'd rather keep using git, so that leaves google code out. I have a
github account, but no invites to hand out unfortunately. Right now
my project is at http://git.caboo.se (soon to be replaced by
Warehouse, once I finish git support), and I'm happy to add other devs
(I just need ssh keys). Or, we can just swap patches with
decentralized git repos, but that requires a level 7 git master skill.

I can definitely set up a lighthouse project for this under caboose.
