I just posted the basic framework of the Action Flow project.

I'll add all the pieces that I showed off in the Linux Magazine
article over the next few days.

Then, I'll create an SQLAlchemy branch, where we can play with the
same project using SQLAlchemy rather than SQLObject. If you're
interested in following along, or getting involved, let me know.

Unlike other open source projects, I'm very interested in using this
project as a "group learning process" so you definitely don't have to
know what you're doing to get involved. All you need is some time, a
desire to learn, and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

The code is open source. I think I picked GPL by default, but it may
be possible to go to something more BSD like if there's a real need.

I don't want to start a licence war ;)

Well, according to your Google Code page it's under the new BSD
license. Which is fine by me, since it's compatible with TurboGears and
it's licenses. For your information, I'm also working on a
TurboGears-based GTD system, although one a bit different in scope, so
if you keep the BSD license, we'll be able to share code (Since I plan
to use that license as well).

BSD it is then!

I remember that I was talking to somebody about an Outlook integration
piece, which would definitely result in a proprietary application.

Well, I am glad we agree... I don't care much for the "We get to decide
what you do with our free software"-movement, at least not when it
comes to smaller projects.
