How can I repeat projects without retyping them in?

Hi!

I have repeatable projects/processes that I check off each step as I
do it until done. These projects/processes are done multiple times in
a week or month. How can I keep these multi-step processes "on the
shelf" so that I can begin and reuse them ( I could even be doing a
process for three different clients at the same time, but at a
different step for each)?

For example:

PROCESS = Open and submit a new client account
Contains 6 steps that are done sequentially
I make it a "Project" in ActionComplete and set it up to show only the
next step due

Two days later I want to open and submit a NEW client account.

**I don't want to have to manually create this project again!!!

Help!

Derrik,

Currently there's no automated way of doing it in ActionComplete. Your suggestion about the project duplication feature makes sense - we'll prioritize and include it in a future release of AC for Web.

Kind regards,
Borys
