Dale,

Please do this:
  1. Start ActionComplete, go to Preferences, disable the sync, and exit ActionComplete by pressing Back button repeatedly.
  2. Start ActionComplete again, re-enable the sync. If you have multiple Google accounts setup on your phone, please make sure to select the account you use to sign in to AC for Web, wait for about 30 seconds, then exit ActionComplete as in step 1.
  3. Start ActionComplete one more time and initiate the sync.
  4. If the sync still doesn't work, please shoot an email to ActionComplete support and we'll troubleshoot it further from there.
