Tags are failing me

I can't add multiple tags to an Action, I put comas between them, semi
colons, carriage returns, and all it does is cause the tags to run on.
So instead of each discrete tag being listed in the tag list, I get a
tag permutation list.
Also, the right shift key on my G1 will not capitalize, I have to use
the left shift when ever I want to capitalize anything.

A comma is used as a tag separator.
Which phone/Android version/carrier/language are you using?
What do you get if you create an action "test" with tags "tag1, tag2, tag3"?

I'll try to answer that this weekend, I only have today scheduled for
being off work to institute this, so I've abandoned AC for now and
just going on paper, I'll catch AC up once I figure out what I'm doing
wrong.
