migration from 3.5 to 4.1

Hi! I have been using ABS 3.5 for an app. 4.1 has been out for a while and I decide to upgrade to the latest one.
But looks like 4.1 has changed a lot since 3.5 as simple replacement yields many errors.
Is there any migration guide to make the life easier?

The site does not work anymore.

The entire site is versioned on GitHub. Here's the page from the 4.0.2 release.

I also re-added this for the next release on the dev branch. Didn't think anyone would need it anymore.
