I wanted to alert residents of a dangerous incident

My property has no fence in front.

Last night my sister-in-law, Ana, was out walking her two dogs. Teens
in a light colored, older-looking Volvo shaped car came flying across
my property.

They entered the eastern part of the property by the street, drove
over the top of my septic tank and continued west on my property and
exited out of my driveway. Ana said there were two teens, one girl,
one boy, giggling and laughing as they went.

Ana and the dogs were one nanosecond away from being killed. The kids
never even saw her or the dogs. We send her kids out there to walk the
dogs regularly.

The worst of it is that they came back later -- and did it AGAIN! This
scares the bejeezus out of me.
