I use Flurry for statistics, I know Flurry also provide error log capture and analysis, though there are lot of limits in Flurry.

I want to know if  I use acra together with Flurry, will acra and Flurry both receive error logs?

We don't use Flurry specifically anymore, we use Localytics and Mixpanel though which for the purpose of this discussion should be the same. ACRA doesn't seem to interfere with either of those in any way.  ACRA sends whatever you configure it to send, analytics libraries do the same.  They don't (and shouldn't) interact at all as far as I can tell.

They could interfere if these other libs try to replace the default
UncaughtExceptionHandler.
The latest setting itself as the default UncaughtExceptionHandler would win.
