acme-sac inferno-os merge

I've pushed a big update to the acme-sac hg repository. I've caught up
with most changes from inferno-os made over the last couple years.
Most but not all. I didn't merge some needed changes for Linux. I
should get to that. And there are files that are locally modified with
fixes (that should get pushed upstream) and some truly acme-sac
specific stuff. I'll publish the list of changed, added, and removed
files on my blog soon with some scripts I used to help synchronize
with inferno-os, for anyone that might find that kind of thing
interesting.

Hopefully I have things organized now that I won't let it slip so far
again.
