Hi all,
Since GitHub has stopped publishing gems, I moved acl9 to http://gemcutter.org. All following versions will be accessible from there, so don't forget to add http://gemcutter.org to gem sources. :)
Latest 0.11.0 is available both from GitHub and gemcutter.
