Ack marketing

I was just looking for a tool to grep through the revisions in an svn repository
and while I could not find a too for that I found tons of blog posts asking how
to grep excluding .svn.

If someone here feels the need to invest a bit in marketing Ack then you could
search for such posts and comment on them pointing to http://betterthangrep.com/

Not related to ack, but answering your question, look at:

I believe I spotted them both on http://freshmeat.net/ . I have a habit of
going over the Freshmeat front-page whenever I submit there a new release for
one of my projects. You often find many interesting projects there.

Do Padre (or Ack for that matter) have Freshmeat records and are regularly
announced there? If not, then I can volunteer to announce them there, but
because of what I said, someone else may wish to do it instead.
