Working on the tar plugin

I've committed a failing t/tar.t to trunk so that I have a target for
how tar file searching will work.

I'm thinking it will be like so:

$ ack --plugin=Tar -i foo t/swamp
t/swamp/solution8.tar:pit/jackson.pl:3:use constant NAME => 'Foo';
t/swamp/solution8.tar:pit/roundhouse.c:1:#define FOO 1
t/swamp/solution8.tar:pit/toast.rb:2: FOO = 47

where the first coloned file is the tar file, and the pit/jackson.pl
is the file within the tar.

Thoughts?
