Array.Copy vs Buffer.BlockCopy

I was curious if there was any opposition of moving from Array.Copy to
Buffer.BlockCopy for dealing with byte array? Buffer.BlockCopy is
supposed to be leaner and hence faster.

Looks good to me.  I guess the main place to change is in MemBlock.  This is potentially good news.  Any idea how much faster it is?

Will IPOP be 1 Gbps now?  ;)
