I'm blind and have a blog on blogspot.com. I uploaded an image in my
profile, but I don't know how to add an alt-tag to it. I know which
html-code I have to use to add an alt-tag, but the problem is, I don't know
how to upload these code on my blog. I don't use an ftp-server, and I don't
know which field/form I have to use for uploading the required html-code.

Please, can you help me?
I tried to open the page with notepath and added the required code, but this
didn't work, because I couldn't upload the file I made by doing this.
