A small but significant issue...

In google gadget feeds embedded on iGoogle, the expand buttons didn't
get the recent title/alt tag upgrade that gadgets' main max/min
buttons got. As a result, mouse using v.i. users, using text to speech
with mouse over switched on are not going to be able to find the stroy
snippets easily (if at all).
