VNC Situation

Heres my situation.

I have 2 computers, computer 'a' has windows xp pro running on it.
computer 'b' has kubuntu 5.10 running
on it

What i wish to do is controll computer 'b' from computer 'a', from
start-up of computer 'b', with no input on computer 'b'.

Can someone please tell me what programs i need for that.

I have RealVNC 4 on my XP Pro computer
