Hills and cassettes

Just curious if an 12-27 cassette (10spd) with a compact chainring (34/50) is good for some of the Randonneur hilly rides?

 

Or should I upgrade to an 11-32?

I have a low gear of 36/27 on my bike, and it was fine for me on the Mountain Madness (Banff), Highwood Classic (Kananaskis over the Highwood pass), and JAMM (Jasper). Admittedly, there were times during those rides that, if I had had a lower gear, I would have used it.
