Music at the Blue Dragon

The line-up for June so far includes Rob Williams starting the 8th and
every following Tuesday, with appearances by John Francis on the 8th and
15th and Bon-Bon on the 22. Wednesday nights Bonni Thompson hosts open
mic, come in at 8pm to sign up for your "fifteen minutes of fame".
Thursdays start at 6pm with J. J. Shore's acoustic guitar followed by the
Celtic Jam Session at 8. The Idols will be performing Friday the 18th at
9:30pm, and George Parmenter will be playing finger style guitar every
Saturday evening at 7:30. Dorian Michael is scheduled Saturday the
26th at 9:30 as well. There's still plenty of room for more musicians,
especially weekends, call Bill at 268-5159 for more info. Artist David
Dillard will be featured artist for the month as well, with contemporary
abstract paintings on paper and canvas on display. The Blue Dragon is
located at 1517 Girard NE, across from Kim Jew, and is open Teusday -
Saturday 7am-midnight, Sundays 8am-5pm, closed Mondays. No cover,
musicians play for tips.
