Mare mandel says he is disappointed by the feds. What did he expect, when 
he and a majority of council set out to jew DEADMONTON taxpayers, by giving 
$750 MILLION to a  jew multibillionaire for an arena for a loser hockey team.

The national optics are that DEADMONTON has more money than brains, 
and needs no federal assistance. Or provincial either.

MAKE KATZ PAY NORTHLANDS:MAYOR

Northlands feels a non-compete clause with Katz is worth $250 MILLION, cash.
So far, Katz has not proven that he has even the $100 million he proposed as his
share of the BILLION DOLLAR SCAM.
If he can not pay the $250 million extra, then the katz arena deal is dead.

Tuesday 27 September, Katz got short end of the stick from City Council.
It seems that council members are finally starting to think, and no longer are
believing the BS from Katz.

Some of the concerns of honest councillors relate to:

They want to see  documentation, in writing, that Katz actually has the $100
million Katz says he will pay towards the arena, and can pay it.

Northlands is refusing to sign any non-competition agreement, to allow the Katz
arena to steal concerts and similar which are used to going to Northlands.
In fact, Northlands is working on longterm growth of concerts and similar.
Northlands reinvests proceeds back into the community, in contrast to
multi-billionaire katz pocketing profits.

Renovations to Northlands are estimated at $30 million over 12 years.
Major upgrading of Northlands would cost  aroung $200 million - just a fraction
of the katz scam !

Neither federal or provincial government are willing to provide the missing $100
million needed for construction.

City council have refused to pay around $25 million to buy some land to be used
for the proposed arena.

As well, city administration have detailed more than $100 MILLION in necessary
infrastructure costs, to be added to the $250 million Katz wants city taxpayers
to pay.

Since the city has no money, it seems that honest councillors are finally
starting to see the Katz scam for what it is.

finalised for the arena. There are now rumours that Katz is trying to sell off
the Deadmonton Oilers.

The cretins mismanaging Deadmonton want ALL downtown businesses and property

hockey arena !
