Developer needed for danish startup

We're building a heavy web service that will suggest content for the user based on how the user act on the application. So we will need to build quite a big engine that can scale, and be able to serve much content and many people. 

What I’m looking for is one(or more) Ruby on Rails Developers for a start-up company in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We will need both a front-end developer and a back-end developer, prefferbly one who master both back-end and front-end. You will have to be fluent in either danish or english.
