Yes, I am here in Bloomington! I would love to have an EMP meeting at
the upcoming AIM meeting at the end of August. I will be joining on as
one of the co-chairs for the AIM Membership Commitee but I would also
love to work on organizing something for EMP. Any ideas about what to
do with AIM or getting more Indiana people involved?

I'm not sure if there are any EMPs in Indianapolis or Columbus,
but we recently organized a midwest EMP event in Chicago for next
friday the 25th. I know that there are a few people coming from
Michigan and Indiana. Its regional, but if you can make it that would
be great! Check the evite on previous posts.

Sorry for the influx of paypal and porn spam over the past few weeks.
We lucked out for such a long time in having an unmoderated list and
not getting spammed, but apparently, they've have found us. We ban
spammers and delete messages as we see them, and plan to see if Google
has any suggestions for eliminating it *without* having to go to a

Hi,

I'm an EMP working and living in Norman, OK. I graduated last year
from the University of Washington with a Masters in Museology and now
I'm working as a Collection Technician at the Sam Noble Oklahoma
Museum of Natural History . It would be great if there were more EMPs
in the area as I would love to do some sort of meet-up!
