New Years Ypsi Ride - First Hour Of The New Year

Monday of last week and Monday of this week I visited Gary at St.
Joe's in Ypsi. We had our usual fiteen minute visit. I did learn from
Linda that Gary is due to be transferred to Special Tree Rehab Center
in Romulus. He has a hospital form of diarrhea that is caused by the

It doesn't seem like a big issue to me - yet anyway. I'd like to hear
from our list moderator as to how much work is involved in deleting
the occasional spam vs the effort to review posts and approve new
members. Perhaps the strength of the spam filters can be turned up at
Google.

I'd recommend moderating the distribution as well. For the MMBA-Poto Yahoo
group distribution I approve new members and all posts except those from
club leaders. I'm not familiar with google, but I'd expect they should have
similar capabilities.

With the latest "Paris Hilton" message on this forum, I would say time has come that people have to request to join the group. Another option would be to convert to a Yahoo discussion group where people have to actually type a sentence or two telling why they want to join.
