Bike The Ann Arbor July 4th Parade
 
Continuing an annual tradition, the Washtenaw Bicycling and Walking Coalition is joining with the Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society and the Program To Educate All Cyclists to have a bicycle contingent in the Ann Arbor July 4th parade. To participate, simply show up before the 10am parade starting time in the “bike” assembly area, which has traditionally been on South State Street (but this could change for 2009). At the parade site, you can also ask on of the parade volunteers (usually in yellow t-shirts) where the “WBWC bicycle” group, of for “Unit W01” (our parade designation number).
