The monthly Ann Arbor Ruby Brigade is meeting tonight at 7pm at the Workantile Exchange (
http://workantileexchange.com/). We'll be doing our first Code Dojo-style meeting.
If you've been thinking of checking out Ruby, this is a great opportunity to do so. We'll be splitting up into small groups and working on a small, well-defined problem together. After a half hour or so, we'll stop and review what we've done. Then, mix up the groups and repeat. The idea is to practice writing good code, and to learn from each others approach to solving the problem.
Our plan is to join CoffeeHouseCoders afterwards, where people can continue working on the problem, or just socialize with other local geeks.
Feel free to bring food/snacks/beer. We may order some pizza or something, depending on interest.
