We've had about 11 responses and 10 of them voted for Wednesday
December 2nd, so unless there are some major objections we'll schedule

I've been talking to a few folks about this, and this is the baseline I'd
like to propose and modify from:

* Solve some problem
* Split up into Pairs.
* Rotate every 30 minutes (time could be variable or vary).

This gives everyone a chance to see different approaches.

For something simple like this probably rspec, as we would likely be
working pretty close to the code and I generally view cucumber as more
of an integration/acceptance tool. But if there is interest we could
use cucumber.

I have 25 years exp with IT, but my Ruby skills are still coming up to
speed, but I have been reading up on TDD. Would you be using something like
Cucumber?

I think that sounds like a good idea. I've done one of those before
(a CodeRetreat at Spark a while back) and it was pretty good.
Depending on how many people we have, we could form small groups or
just do it all as a group, taking turns driving.

Thanks for the scheduling help. FYI I would like to run a "Code Dojo"
at the next meeting, as a group using BDD/TDD techniques we would
solve a fairly simple problem (probably a past ruby quiz).

Deployment is a combination of things and can be difficult to get
right the first time (or few times) through. Dreamhost does work with
rails.

The error messages below are hard to diagnose without actually being there.

Thanks for helping me with deployment. Unfortunately I am still not there. I have deleted my app and reinstalled it per your pdf file. It says that
Not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
