Also, to use Xcode 4.2 with an iOS 5.1 device, download Xcode 4.3.1 from http://developer.apple.com/downloads and copy the 5.1 SDK and Device Support folders from the installer package into Xcode 4.2.

Good stuff. One more follow up from yesterday's meeting: docs and the
download link for the iPhone Configuration Utility that Dave talked
about can be found on this page:

This same page also contains info about the new "Apple Configurator"
utility. I am not sure where you can directly download that, but it is
on the Mac App Store at
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/apple-configurator/id434433123.
