Subject: How I improve my Junior players?
Hello! It's me again - Jimmy :)

I received a lot of warm welcome from the members today when I open my
inbox. Thank you everyone :D

I have some asking me which position I play. I play 2nd. And also, I
have some parents asking me how they can coach their children (after
knowing that I am a Little League coach). Well, I will share how I did
it and it is really easy - especially if they are young (10yrs and
below)

Be inventive, and reward your players. Transform the drill into
contest - give the points to various teams in your group, and observe
the level of intensity rise. Raise the piles by offering a small
reward; a gum stick without sugar will motivate a player as you
wouldn't believe. Consider distribuerer stickers of helmet (think of
the tomahawaks that Seminoles of state of Florida obtain on their
helmets of football) for the exceptional interpreters.

These are my way of motivating my young players. Simple isn't it? Kids
are easily influenced so I take that as an advantage to make them a
better player.

By the way, I want to recommend this ebook to all of you because of
its great content. It does not only talk about baseball but the bonus
is really good for your child or even you. It is how I really change
my team mate way of playing baseball. He really become a good player,
even better than me. I know he has more potential than me, so I need
to play with his mind to get him realize his potential.

Have a good day!
Jimmy
