This is an unnecessary process. You can disable it by:

Click Start --> Click Run --> Type "msconfig" (w/o quotes) --> Click OK
Click Services tab --> Remove check mark from the process in question

There is no possibility to close the popup exept by ending (via task
manager) the process of a file "windows/system32/wsript.exe".
As far as I can remember the popup appeared when I transferred mp3-
files to my new mp3- player.
What does it mean - and how on earth can I close the popup?
