    当我使用 WaveCN 打开某些 mp3 文件时，解码完成后，时间长度达到20几分钟，播放起来像是慢放的效果。但是原文件使用
WINAMP 播放正常，且只有几分钟而已。

   还有些使用未知的压缩软件压制的 mp3 文件，用 WaveCN 没办法解码。

你好，

你可以尝试使用Windows Media Player 的旧版本（位于C:\Program
Files\Windows Media Player\mplayer2.exe）来尝试播放这些在WaveCN中解码不
正常或无法解码的文件，如果Windows Media Player也不能播放，则WaveCN也无能
为力，因为WaveCN使用Windows自带的MP3解码器来解码MP3文件。如果这个解码器
不能正常解码某些文件，WaveCN也就无法正常打开该文件。WinAMP播放正常是因为
WinAMP的MP3解码器是它自己的。如果Windows Media Player 能正常播放，那么有
可能是解码器的优先级或其他的设置被改变了，可以尝试重新安装 Windows Media
Player 或 DirectX。如果还是不行，还可以尝试安装 K-Lite Codec Pack Full /
Mega 版本。

谢谢苏老师，这下明白了，我用 WaveCN  多是转录磁带及切割 MP3 ，
近期有很多新的压缩编码出现，导致较新的 MP3 打开有困难，
盼望苏老师 能够对 WaveCN 进行一些简单升级，对编码方式支持的
多一点，这样 WaveCN 的应用可能更广泛一些了。

上次那个 MP3 我使用 winamp 的 lame mp3 写入插件 进行了转换，
之后就可以用 WaveCN 正常解码了。

这事情说是容易，不过可能很多人都不知道，一个软件（或硬件）如果想支持解码
MP3，必须向MP3的专利持有人付费（编码亦然）。所以现在WaveCN解码时调用
Windows内置的解码器，编码时调用LAME的DLL（而不是使用LIB），目的就是为了
避免这个事情。

有兴趣了解MP3授权的事情，可以参考：http://mp3licensing.com/

可惜就是Windows内置的解码器很容易会被某些软件删除，但我又不能在WaveCN的
安装包中捆绑这个文件。
