Thomas; I am good-to-go on the 12th, 18th and 19th. Basically, the first
three Thursdays each month I have reserved for our lodge. The fourth
Thursday is reserved for USCG Auxiliary. Only for special things do I alter
this schedule. also, the first Wednesday of even months is reserved. Other
days/nights are on a first come first served basis, although now I will be
giving a higher priority to Masonic events. Gaylord

Subject: MM Degree conferral in January
> Brethren,
> We have a candidate ready to be raised to the sublime degree of Master
> Mason in January. I've scheduled the work for Thursday, January 19th.
> Our scheduled practice on January 12th is on receiving the DDGM, which
> we need to practice at this time because the DDGM will make his
> official visit to Warwick Lodge on February 9th.
> For this degree work, I want the appropriate officers of Warwick Lodge
> to sit in their regular chairs if they can be available that night;
> I'll put together the rest of the degree team. If any of the officers
> aren't available on the 19th, please let me know so I can arrange a
> replacement.
> I think we should schedule a practice of the MM degree prior to the
> 19th. I was thinking Wednesday the 18th. Let me know how this will
> work for you all.
> It has been a busy first two days as WM. Thanks to all of you for your
> support and assistance.
