Desired Candidate Profile
This role is primarily responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client.

Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
Strong customer service focus - Ability to empathize with the customer & prioritizing customer needs
Good problem solving, reasoning, data gathering,and analytical skills.
Ensure that transactions are processed as per the Desk Top Procedures
Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics are met
Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by the SLA metrics
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. as per predefined rosters
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

Job Description
We are looking for Graduates / Final year appeared for our voice operations

If You are
A Graduate / Appeared for Final Year graduation exams
Fresher or have experience (any industry)
Flexible to work in night shifts.
Have excellent communication skills
Proficient in computers
