Good Afternoon! Today is Day 2.

The budget revote for the fiscal year 2008-2009 will be held on
Tuesday, June 17th from 7:30am to 9pm. Additional information
on the revised budget is available on the district webpage.

Tonight is the 8th Grade Semi-formal. The dance will be from 7pm
to 9pm. Only WJHS students may attend. Please pick up your
child promptly at 9pm.

Pre-ordered Yearbooks were distributed during homeroom
yesterday. Students were advised to write their name on the
inside cover of the book. Any students who did not pre-order
a book may come to room 102 after7:30am with $20 Cash
(NO checks). Books are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Books will not be put aside for anyone!

During homeroom this week students were given a paper with
information such as address, phone number and emergency
contact. Parents and Guardians are asked to follow the directions
on the page and return by Monday, June 16th.

There will be Locker Clean Out for the 2nd floor today.

Today, June 13th is the last day that forms for the 8th grade class
trip to Great Adventure will be available. The trip costs $75 which
includes transportation, all you can eat lunch and park admission.
Payment must be made by either cash or Money Order to WJHS.
Sign up for buses will be at 6:15am the morning of the trip.
Parents need to pick up their child at 7:30pm.

The Athletic Award Ceremony scheduled for last night has been
rescheduled for Monday, June 16th. If you have not handed in your
permission slip with a donation you have an additional opportunity to
do so.

The Softball team will have their pizza party before the Athletic
Award ceremony at 5:45pm. Please remember to bring your clean
uniform to the party.

7th Graders who signed up for the Mentoring Program and who handed in
their permission slips will have a meeting next Tuesday and Wednesday
June 17th and 18th.
