The Art of Community

Hi Folks,

I've been reading 'The Art of Community' lately.  It's a must-read for anyone involved (or thinking about getting involved) in a non-profit, and I wish I had read it years ago.  It's published by O'Reilly, and written by Jono Bacon.

I'm currently on Chapter 9 - Conflict Resolution.  Very interesting stuff.
