I setup one of our domestic offices on OnSIP recently. Great features and price
point for small offices/businesses. The staff at OnSIP has been great too.

We had trouble with registrations dropping after the first registration renewal
post phone boot. The phones could still make calls outbound, but OnSIP's systems
perceived the phones not being there anymore, so inbound calls would roll to the
no answer scenarios we programmed. OnSIP's management interface read "no NAT
detected". We enabled Cisco's SIP firewall exception rules, but that didn't seem
to resolve the issue. We eventually settled on a static inbound firewall opening
based on IP/port and things have been stable since.

Thought I'd offer this in case it's helpful and in hopes someone wiser might
respond and school me :)

Andrew,

You mean OnSIP.com? I think it sets up the call and doesn't deal with
RTP. And as far as I know it does handle NAT.
