Friends - the Restoration food pantry is in desperate need of food!

We've been swamped with needy families and are about out of food. We
had 70 families Thursday alone. We are the first to notice the effects
of a recession - they show up at our door in need! Many faces are new
and you can tell from their appearance that they have only recently
fallen into need.

We can use food, and we can also use financial donations since we can
buy food very inexpensively from the Eastern Illinois Food Bank.

Donations of food can be brought to 1213 Parkland Court in Champaign.
Checks can be sent to Restoration Urban Ministries, P.O. Box 3277,
Champaign, IL 61826-3277. If you note on your check that it is for the
food pantry, it will go directly for food. All donations are tax
deductible.
