One of the listowners, Pam Sorooshian, is celebrating her birthday
today. I've added a photo of her whole family here:
http://sandradodd.com/pamsorooshian
I lifted it from Roya's Facebook (or MySpace, or somesuchwhere).

Here are some other Pam mentions and quotes:

And I didn't know she had a new blog!

Very cool.

There are probably people here who've been inspired by Pam's writings
or by hearing her speak or seeing her with her family. If you want to
leave a note in response to this, she'll definitely see them all!

I'm definitely one of them. I've been lucky to experience all three.

I'm even inspired to start a personal blog, from reading Pam's first
blog post (on 50 things to blog about).

Thanks, Pam!

I googled probably a month ago for a blog by Pam. No dice. Very good
to see her blogging at the moment. I haven't kept up with my own and
I know the feeling of starting and not keeping it up, me not usually
being one of those people who think of things to write in the middle
of the night. I'm a great commentator but I don't tend to bring up
things (same in real life). Facebook works well for me because most
of the people I've friended are gamers, and I get on to keep up with
family and to play the games, and sometimes I'll actually bother to
change my status line that finishes the sentence "Katherine is .... "
:D

Wow... I've broken toes and my arm once but Pam has gotten broken up a
few times. Ow. Go read her blog. I love what she says about where
she lives because I've always liked having a picture of how people
live and I once adored nothing better than reading biographies. I
guess I've been spoiled lately by the shorter form of biography in
blogs. Blogs as a snapshot of people in the moment are perfect for me
right now with Karl only being 5. I keep up with several, and I enjoy
the glimpses. To all out there writing in blogland, thanks. Keep 'em
comin.'

And many more returns, Pam. Happy birthday to you!

I hope you had a wonderful birthday, Pam.   Thank you for all that you do/say/write that inspires the rest of us.

"You cannot find your soul with your mind, you must use your heart. You must know what you are feeling. If you don't know what you are feeling, you will create unconsciously. If you are unconscious of an aspect of yourself; if it operates outside your field of awareness, that aspect has power over you."
