That is a great story, regardless of the CanUX link.

Maybe you could give a talk in T.O. about leading developers towards
better design, that is a valuable topic.

Some of you will remember me showing up at CanUX in Banff as a relative novice a few years ago, showing my Morae videos and documenting my first usability-test successes. I hope to see you there, this year, to show you how far I've come since then. Here's the back story.
Our CTO's philosophy is that software developers _can_ design. In practical terms, this means my UX colleague and I support six teams of developers, in ten cities, on three continents, in five time zones, to get them through the design stage successfully.
