Hello Robotics Enthusiasts!

I am sure you and your teams are getting anxious to start this year's USI
Robotics Competition.  Some of you have asked for the schedule of the event
and now that we have all the teams registered, we can provide you with an
accurate schedule:

USI RC12
Saturday, April 14th
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM     Team Check-In
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM   Round 1
11:00 AM - NOON      Round 2
NOON - 1:00 PM        Lunch (BYO or visit campus establishments)
1:00PM - 2:00 PM      Round 2 Resumes
2:00PM - 3:00 PM      Awards Ceremony

Please note that this schedule is tentative (except registration) and
depending on the flow of the competition we may be able finish earlier than
3:00PM.

We have yet to receive any completed photo waiver forms, so please, please
make sure that your students get signed photo waivers submitted by this
Friday, 5:00PM, the day before the competition.  Having the photo waivers
signed and submitted on time will make it easier for everyone involved and
allow for a distraction, blur free DVD of this year's competition.  

We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday!
