Welcome to the URCNA list. This list is unofficial, i.e., neither it nor any list is sanctioned by the URCNA. It exists to discuss the theology, piety, and practice (i.e., the life) of the URCNA.
Rule #1: Contradiction of the Reformed
Confessions is forbidden. This doesn't mean that there can't be any
questions about our confession and catechisms, but it does mean that
folks can't contradict our confessions under the guise of being
Reformed.
What this does mean is that the URCNA list is no place for Federal Visionists or other movements that are fundamentally subversive of the Reformed confession.
Rule #2: All posts must be signed including ecclesiastical affiliation. E.g.,
Jean Calvin The goal of the list is to be positive, forward-looking, biblical, and confessionally Reformed.
Limits: Membership restricted to members in good standing in URCNA congregations, and to those who are members in good standing in federations and denominations with ecclesiastical relations to the URCNA or NAPARC:
