1.“UCD负责人”在产品开发流程中的职责；

我想

1制订工作规范，包括ux组在产品开发的什么阶段，提交什么产物。

2分配资源，让合适的人做合适的事情，用户研究，需求分析，交互设计，视觉设计，
前端开发，易用性测试，用户测试……

3程序管理，控制执行过程中的工期、质量。
