Delicious Menu v0.1 released.

Delicious Menu plugin loads your bookmarks from the [url=http://
delicious.com/]delicious[/url] service and shows them as menu.
Delicious Menu creates the submenus based on the bookmark tags. If you
are using the True Launch Bar version 4.4.1 or newer you can press CTRL
