Are any of you planning on going to the 145th bash at Gettysburg? If

Not I. The AEBG is the only Eastern event I can connive a kitchen
pass for, so I've got all my eggs in that basket.

The Camptown Shakers will be performing at a couple of different
venues over the weekend. We are part of a benefit concert being held
at the G.A.R. Hall in town on Friday and Saturday nights featuring
bands and individual performers covering a wide range of styles, all
under the Civil War music banner. As far as I know the we will be the
only ones representing the early minstrel style, but it should be an
entertaining evening none the less. We'll also be playing in the
tavern at the Farnsworth House on Friday and Sunday nights. The
details are all on our website (www.camptownshakers.com).
