Announcing PolyGlotPlugin

Hi all, you can now have a multilingual tiddlywiki,
thanks to PolyGlotPlugin, it will display its content accordingly to user preferences regarding language.
You can test it here :

you're absolutely right, thanks for pointing out these possible alternative uses. i'll add a word about them in the docs.
