Phones will improve, and guess is that within a year or two most
phones will be able to render a TiddlyWiki.

Given the the subject line, I think he means the n800 & n810 internet
tablets.
They seem to have a lot of apps already:

They seems to run on Linux, so I am going to guess at least one of
their web browsers can handle JavaScript.

Tiddlywiki works well on my n800. Other wiki engines work, too. Before
switching to Tiddlywiki, I used Python-based MoinMoin for taking
notes / keeping personal info. Like TW, Moinmoin works well on
multiple platforms.
